
One-pot pasta with anchovies and tenderstem broccoli

Ingredients
- 350g wholemeal fusilli
 - 250g tenderstem broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 2 cloves garlic , crushed
 - 4 anchovies in olive oil, chopped
 - a pinch chilli flakes
 - olive oil
 - grated parmesan, to serve (optional)
 
Method
- STEP 1
Put all the ingredients except the parmesan in a wide, shallow pan with 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 950ml water.
 - STEP 2
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, covered, stirring regularly, until the pasta is tender and the cooking liquid has become saucy.
 - STEP 3
Serve with parmesan, if you like.
