Cranberry Smoothie
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
 - 2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt (try different yogurts, such as Greek yogurt)
 - 2 cups 1% milk or almond milk
 - 2 T honey
 - 2 tsp. vanilla
