Ingredients
- 35ml vodka
- 1 wedge lime, plus slices to serve
- to top up ginger beer
- 1 sprig mint
Method
- STEP 1
Pour the vodka into a mule glass and squeeze in the juice from 1 lime wedge. Fill the glass with fresh ice, top up with ginger beer and stir. Serve with a slice of lime and sprig of mint.
