It’s time for the 2nd Annual Holiday Art Sale! Woot! Woot! I’ve been a busy little elf, spending hours and hours in my studio getting everything ready, and the time is finally here.

The sale officially begins on Thursday, November 6th on michaelwurmjr.com. I’m doing things a bit differently this year, so I’ve broken down the details below. Since I’m not hosting one single sale, I’ve tried to make the process as simple as possible. Hopefully, this setup works well for everyone.

I’ll also review some of the key features you can expect to see in the sale. I’m planning to add more as inspiration strikes, so we’ll see how the season unfolds.

Without further ado, let’s get into the details.

Sale Dates and Times

Last year, I tried doing a couple of sales on specific days at specific times, and it caused a bit of frustration. While doing one big sale is easier on my end, I want to keep things as fair as possible.

However, I don’t want anyone to have to check my website daily or hourly. (No one has time for that). With that in mind, I decided to simplify the schedule this year so you don’t have to check in on multiple days or at all hours.

Here’s how the sale will work:

  • New items will be listed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
  • Listings will go live between 11 a.m. EST and 8 p.m. EST.
  • Most new items will appear around the hour marks.
  • About 15-20 pieces will be released throughout the day on sale days.
  • If there are exceptions, I’ll share updates on Instagram and through my mailing list.

This doesn’t mean items will be listed every hour or every day, but these are the general windows to keep an eye on. I hope that helps to simplify things while still keeping things fair.

Prices will be available once the items go live on my website. Prices are similar to last year but there has been some small increases due to rising costs of supplies and shipping. I know money can be tight and I appreciate every dollar you spend with me so I’ve kept any increases as minimal as possible.

Other Important Notes

Artwork is sold at michaelwurmjr.com (not here on Inspired by Charm).

Please remember that adding an item to your cart does not guarantee it’s yours. The only way to secure an item is to complete checkout. If you spot something you love, I recommend checking out right away, then coming back to shop for more. Shipping is free, so you won’t pay extra for multiple orders, and I’ll package them together.

The Bottle Brush Trees in the metal/glass frames will likely appear the week of November 11th since they’re still drying. The same goes for the Christmas Oil Paintings, which will be listed once they’re dry and ready. (To be honest, I haven’t even started those yet. I need more hours in the day.)

Thank You

I think that covers everything! If you have questions, please leave them in the comments below. I’ll answer them there and update this post if needed.

Before the sale begins, I want to take a moment to thank you for your kindness and encouragement. I know times are strange and budgets are tight, so I’m deeply appreciative of every dollar spent on my art. Getting back into painting has been such a gift for me, and I feel a growing pull to dive even deeper. None of this would be possible without you. It’s an honor to have my work (and a small piece of myself) in your home or shared as a gift with someone you love. It truly means the world to me.

As I look ahead to this new season, I’m filled with both excitement and gratitude. Creating and sharing my art has become such a joyful part of my life, and knowing that my art brings a bit of beauty and happiness into your life makes it all the more meaningful. Thank you for being here and for letting me share a piece of my world with you.

This season reminds me how lucky I am to do what I love and to share it with such a kind and encouraging community. Your enthusiasm continues to inspire me every day, and I’m so thankful for the connection we’ve built through this creative journey.
